Still not get refund

  Hello WordPress.com,

  For almost two weeks im still not receive refund from you for domain mapping cancelation (astronomi.id) mapping to amazinguniverse.wordpress.com.

  The auto renewal system charging me $13 via PayPal, and i want to get it back. Please refund to my Paypal account.
