Hi there,
As Asher explained to you yesterday in live chat, it can take up to 72 hours for a domain name server change to take effect. It doesn’t work instantly. Your post here was only 6 hours after he made that change for you, so it wouldn’t be working yet.
But I see you’ve since also cancelled your domain, so you now no longer own it and cannot use it anywhere. If that was a mistake, let me know and I can try to get it back for you. Otherwise you’ll need to wait for our registrar to release it at which point you can register it somewhere else, but this can take several weeks.

I’ve emailed our registrar to undo the cancellation. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
As you have deleted the site to which the domain was connected I’ll also need you to please create a new free site. While you won’t be using that site, you need to have a site in your account otherwise you won’t be able to access the Domains screen to manage the domain.
