Still on Free plan, when I purchased premium plan almost 1 month ago

I have purchased a premium plan on March 9, 2023, however it still says I am on the ‘free plan’. Can anyone address this issue for me as it has been almost a month and I am stuck in developing my webpage. Thank you.

I’m able to confirm that you do have a premium plan added to this account. In fact, you can see your upgrades, and manage them at any point, by clicking on My Sites – Upgrades.
Go ahead and set your domain to be the primary address as suggested. If more help is needed with that process just let us know. We stay close by and are happy to help.
