still processing import (from WordPress) after 4 days

    I’m trying to import a WordPress blog’s content to a free site here, ucsdctd.wordpress.com. I imported the .xml file exported from my old WP host and imported through the dashboard of ucsdctd.wordpress.com. After more than 4 days, the dashboard still says ‘processing’ and ‘contact us if this is taking more than 24 hours’

    Is there a way to abort the import and try again? Or do I keep waiting? Any suggestions?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
