Still seeing ads

  Hello.

  I upgraded to Premium but still see ads when I am logged out of WordPress. How long does the transition take to take effect? It said all ads would be removed. I can imagine it doesn’t take 5 minutes. Just wondering.

  Hi there,

  Is it thesandbar2018.wordpress.com that you wanted the premium plan connected to? Because it is not connected to that site, but rather completist.wordpress.com. Let me know if you need to move the plan over to the other site.

  No, it was completist.wordpress.com.

  Just wondering if there was a delay.
