Still seeing .wordpress.com well after 72 hours

  Hi,
  I upgraded to a ‘personal plan’ but I ‘m still seeing .wordpress.com.
  Every time I click on the ellipses, it shows:

  view settings
  Manage DNS
  Manage Contact info

  I’ve tried following all the instructions, but it is still the same.
  Have I missed something?

  I’ve just got an email saying that my VAT number is not registered. Do you know what it is and how I can locate it? I live in Switzerland.

  It looks like a domain has been purchased, but not a paid plan. In order to set a custom primary domain, there would need to be a paid plan in place, at a minimum the personal plan:

  If this is of interest, we can refund you for the domain, as this would be free for the first year of registration with a plan.

  The site looks relatively new, what are your plans for the long term? Perhaps I can offer some advice on what plan would work best for the site?

  Thanks for confirming. I can see the Personal Plan has been added, so I have “bundled” the domain with your plan, and refunded the initial purchase. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. More info: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#when-do-i-get-my-refund
