Still showing the domain registrar site under my domain name

    Newbie to WordPress. Been using with my old domain for a while and recently bought a new domain address. I’ve tried everything I can find to attempt to transfer a domain name over to WordPress and not sure why there still isn’t a connection. I’ve added the correct DNS servers and within WordPress I’ve paid the money to host the domain but still not working. Also cleared cache. Any ideas would be gratefully received! Thanks

    Hi,

    Your namservers are still pointing to your registrar’s, which is 123-reg.co.uk.

    Please check again and make sure they’re updated to point to the nameservers of WordPress. It could take a while though, when did you update them?

    Also, do you see your new domain name in WordPress at My Domains or My Upgrades?
