still trying to actually contact wordpress, actually visit site

    I cannot get WP to load in its native state, it just sends me to my blog when I visit. I simply cannot get to wordpress.com anymore. I also cannot contact WP. There is no way to do so. I need to speak to someone in their staff, and this forum is NOT the appropriate place. But they won’t let us contact them in an way.

    In addition, every time I ask I question here it’s a black hole and I can never find the question. I never get a reply. No email notices, no notifications of any kind ever happen. I need help from WP itself. This forum cannot help; the issues I’m dealing with are WP-created issues that the ‘community’ (really poor choice of term) here has no control over.

    I’m not the only one having these issues and problems and WP knows I’m only one of many, so it’s not an isolated issue. They are also aware that many like me are unable to contact anyone and cannot resolve our issues so it’s also not an isolated issue.

    I need to access WP homepage, not my blog. I need to actually speak to a WP staffer. I need my questions here to not disappear immediately, and I need to be notified when someone replies; those things are not happening when I am forced into these forums rather than directed to a staffer.

    My needs are not found here. I need the staff. I need the homepage. Unfortunately I am forced here, so in advance I’m sorry the ‘community’ has to hear this; WP does not and so here we are…
