Still trying to cancel my wordpress account

    Nobody can find my domain coastiecapers.com yet wordpress automatically renewed at $84. I can’t find anything under manage purchases and can’t find anyone to help me cancel this – please help

    Hi there!

    It looks like the site and subscriptions are associated with a different WordPress.com account. Do you remember any other email address that you may have used to create the site? If so, please log into the other account to manage your purchases or contact support.

    If you don’t remember that, use this link to search for the charge: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You will be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
