Still trying to send in a question

    Hey! I just submitted a question and then (not before but then) you told me “you need to send some content” (approx).
    Why is it so diffcult to work with you guys?
    Why does trying to do so only end up with me being frustrated and infuriated?

    With WordPress.com support, we help people on a first-come, first-served basis and sometimes there is a wait to get a response from Staff.

    Can you let me know where you saw this “you need to send some content” message? With some questions that are submitted to support, our system will automatically display some links underneath your question based upon keywords used in the original support request. Here’s an example of what these links look like from a request for help with a domain:
    http://d.pr/i/flYU

    We display these in case one of those links will answer your question so you don’t need to wait for a member of Staff or one of our forum volunteers to respond.
