still unable to delete site

    Hello,
    I am still unable to delete my site, even after having cancelled the domain name as instructed by you. To the best of my knowledge, I have no upgrades either. It’s been more than 2 days again. Can you help me? Thanks.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. As you had previously subscribed to a Business plan, your site was moved to our architecture that supports plugins and other features exclusive to the Business plan.

    When you cancelled your plan, the site did not automatically revert to the previous architecture, which would have allowed you to delete the site easily.

    To proceed with deleting the site twindragonscribes.wpcomstaging.com, we first need to downgrade it. However, before we proceed, it’s important that you understand the following:

    1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc.) created after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
    2. Custom content created by plugins and themes will not be retained.
    3. You will no longer be able to use plugins and third-party themes.
    4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

    Once the site is successfully reverted, you can follow the steps outlined in this support article to delete the site on your own: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

    Please note that deleting the site is a process you will need to carry out yourself.
