Still unable to drag widgets

  Recently I have been unable to use the “drag widgets” facility on a number of my sites. I have looked through the forums etc and done evrything suggested – cleared out cache & reloaded screen, deactivated ALL plugins, tried to change “screen options” (cant because that and “help” dont work either.
  can someone PLEASE help as I cannot make some really urgent changes to my site.

  If you try dragging the widget to the top of the list that sometimes works for me

  The problem is they mentioned “deactivating all plugins” which leads me to believe they are self-hosted. They need to provide a link to the blog so that we can check. If it is self-hosted they need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ .
