Still waiting for a response from the happiness team to my billing qeuires!

I bought the personal bundle on the 7th June, and on the same day upgraded to the premium then business package. I then decided to cancel all subscriptions on the same day. The money for the business and premium was returned but not the personal bundle charged at $35.88. This is the 3rd time I have had to reach out to get an answer from WordPress! Even when I got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours.

I’ve refunded the outstanding portion of your refund. You should receive the full refund in about ten business days, depending on your bank.

How did you contact us previously? The only items I see in your account history is a live chat four weeks ago, and this forum thread. Did you perhaps email us directly via a different address than the one for your WordPress.com account?

Thank you for refunding me. Yes I was on live chat and both times I was told I would be referred, but nothing came about from the referrals. This is the first time I have had to option to post in a public forum.
