    I’m still waiting for information that my domain (www.eileenbochslerart.com) has been activated. Your prompt attention is most appreciated.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade.

    I checked and http://www.eileenbochslerart.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $19 we charge to renew the domain. From the owner’s WordPress.com account, please also confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.
