STILL WAITING ON REFUND!

  I have not received my refund. I got an email saying it would be refunded, but I still haven’t seen it on my online banking. What is taking so long? I followed the instructions and requested it within the “time” allowed to get a refund. It’s been longer than the 7 days that you said it would take!

  you guys also need to put a specific option/tab in your support section or add FAQ section regarding requesting refunds..I had to hunt for a way to contact someone about this refund….and that is NOT USER FRIENDLY!
