Still waiting on refund…

I canceled my domain mapping on 5/13/15, the day after it was charged to my credit card. I went through the steps to cancel and refund and received the pop-up at the top of my account that it was canceled and I would receive a refund within 7 days, but have not received it as of yet. Please advise. Many thanks.

I’m sorry for the trouble! The original refund didn’t go through and so it was added as credit on your account — I just issued a full refund to your credit card. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History now.
