still with the feed issue

I looked at my feed. I see this:

The servers are set for UTC time since most servers on the Internet are also set for UTC time. That way, its easier to communicate between each other.

I see. So the feed pubdate is not a mutable characteristic? It’s decided on at the server? -
right, the idea being that the RSS reader will adjust the date to the reader’s time zone.
