stock goes to zero after receive an order

Dear Forum Members,
I have a big problem, there is no one to help me yet. When I receive an order for a product, the stock quantity for that product automatically changes to zero after the order. Even if several pieces were set before it. After each order, I have to set up the real stock for that product. It’s awful. Does anyone have an idea why? Thank you!

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
