  Hi –

  When the upgrade was canceled from the account a refund was automatically processed in full for $99. The funds should reach you within ten days.

  If that time passes and you have not received a refund yet the next step is to check in with your bank to inquire about any delays. They’ll also be able to tell you how the refund will appear in your statement.

  Since the funds have been released from WordPress.com already, there is nothing else we can do to speed this process along.

  what you could have done is not stole my money in the first place….you guys must be rich stealing money from peoples accounts….unbelievable!…..delete my whole account….so that it doesnt exist anymore!
