  Dear WordPress,

  I have not authorised anyone to change my username or password. Whoever has changed the username or password they are trying to steal my website.

  Please, refuse anybody to change my email address.
  Let me know if you have blocked the user from changing my email and password.

  To tighten security of your account, make sure you choose a strong password and activate 2FA.
  Wait for a Staff member who can check logs to see what has happened.

  Hi @ossah, what account are you talking about?
  Have you received an email that the address on your account has been changed? If so, please reply to it saying it was not you and we’ll change the address back to what it was.
