Stolen content… PLEASE HELP!

A few weeks ago I attempted to get help with an issue of another WordPress.com site stealing content from my blog – literally, stealing two blog posts, word by word, that I have previously posted, and putting their own name on my words.
What can I do?
I’ve attempted several times to contact the owner of the site in question, but without results. I know he’s been on his site, because new content has been published there since. I’ve asked him to delete the stolen content, but to now avail, obviously.
What else can I do? Surely, WordPress can help me with this and take those two stolen posts down?
Please, I’m starting to feel slightly desperate… The rest of the content on this site is very explicit and honestly quite awful, and I don’t want my writing to be connected to that in any way…Appreciate your time.

Yes, I have checked this out before, but isn’t there an easier way of doing this? Plus, I really don’t want to give out my personal information to this person, let alone have a friend or family member give up their info.
Is there any other solution?Thanks for your time!

You have to report the information as described previously in order for Terms of Service team to look in to it further.
