  Hello,

  I have been trying to log in on one of my accounts and the system doesn’t recognize my id or my password or emails.
  My site is up and running with incorrect information I need to fix.
  I have been trying to reach anyone from WordPress with no luck.

  Can anyone help?

  Is your username and/or email not being recognized at that point?

  What is the site you are trying to access?
