Stolen user name/I can’t access my WordPress account anymore and payments were made

    Hello,

    I received the email below regarding my professional account (I have replaced the names with XXX). It seems that someone stole my user name and account as I can no longer access my own account. Furthermore, payments have been made to upgrade my account. I’ve been trying to find a way to talk to someone at WordPress but without a valid user name I’m having a hard time contacting WordPres. I am writing this post from another WordPress account.

    Could you please let me know what I should do/who I should talk to in order to be able to re-access my WordPress account?
