Stolen work – how to report this person

This person, took my photo and my crochet pattern and they placed on their website, they changed the pattern title/name – and they placed that illegally, without my permission or consent on their website. I am on the picture modelling the Autumn/fall Leaves Shawl. How to make WordPress to take down my photo and my pattern (that the person is selling as theirs)?
I need help – I need to talk to a real person who is in charge of WordPress Intellectual property – because this is a serious offense of the Intellectual property, trademark and copyright.
My name is Anna Stoklosa, I am the rightful owner of the Maple Leaf Crochet Shawl (they changed the name to: Autumn Leaf Cascade Poncho), of the picture, of the pattern and instructions – I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO to sell to third parties my patterns.
