stop a domain from pointing to my domain

    I want to stop a domain from pointing at my domain. The rogue domain owner refuses to forward without masking after we upgraded our website from his domain to wordpress and it is creating lots of problems for branding. When a person types in xxxx.info they are automatically forwarded to my site xxxx.org but the domain in the address box still shows xxxx.info. How can I intercept visits coming from .info and notify users that the real site is the .org domain? thank you.
