Stop Account deletion

  This is about our Gravatar account. We’re trying to add (email visible only to moderators and staff) under our gravatar but I can’t. I realise seohiral@ has an existing account in WP.com.

  I thought I can just delete that account, which we have access to, and add it under our gravatar but still it does not at.

  I think it would be better to undo the account deletion for (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please help?

  We only use it for Gravatar, it has no blog site or anything in there.

  I tried the account recovery form but it won’t proceed because it’s looking for the blog URL, which we don’t use.

  Hi there,

  When you deleted the account, you should have received a confirmation sent to the email connected to the deleted account. You must reply to that email saying you want to reverse the deletion. The Account Recovery Team will be able to assist you with restoring the account. Let me know if you have any questions.
