I did not want my contact email continues. I have tried for HOURS to access my account to change the auto repayment. PLEASE reimburse me and please enable access to my account Immediately.

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
