Stop billing on WordPress premium

  Help! I set up a WordPress account for cashmeremoments.com in 2018 and never did anything with it under a gmail account that I can’t access and so I can’t log into it and I would like to retain the domain but stop billing WordPress premium. It bills automatically and is charged to my PayPal, which goes to my normal email. Is there any way I can do this?

  If you’re able to provide a transaction ID: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id this can be used to recover the account with this account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
