Stop cancellation of domain.

Turns out the domain I cancelled an hour ago was the best one to keep. Is it possible to stop the cancellation?

To modlook: I’m hoping to transfer the domain rather than cancel it. I know it’s a newbie mistake, so I’m hoping to see if I can save the domain josenllave.com.

We have sent a request to revert the domain cancellation and will update you on the progress of that request. Once the cancellation is done, then we can process your transfer request accordingly.

I was able to restore your domain, but the cost of it was refunded recently. I have sent you an email with the updated bill for the cost of the registration and the mapping. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Afternoon Chanthaboune. Thanks fore restoring the domain! I didn’t see the refund posted in both CC and WP account for $26.00 (domain registration + privacy protection). Just wanted to make sure that was being processed before following through with the new bill just to be safe.

Thanks Chanthaboune. Looking at the billing summary, the original invoice was $188, followed by a refund of $89 and $73, leaving $26 remaining in the account for domain registration and privacy security. It’s the $26 that I haven’t seen yet if that’s to be refunded.
Just want to make sure I’m not double charging, that’s all. Thanks.
