Stop changing your posting formats please!!!

I’ve used wordpress for over a year now, and seriously, it’s been getting worse and worse. What is the development team doing?
Can you guys at least ask your users what they want changed instead of changing it without any added benefit?
When I post something i don’t want to go through multiple levels of clicking different buttons to find different options to suit my need, i just need that one click and be able to see my word in the actual page!! NOT A BLOOD PREVIEW YOU!!!!!!
For real, wordpress is not the only blogging medium out there nowadays, if it continues to go down this path of making it more inconvenient for a regular blogger then I, personally would rather go to another form of site management.
And here was planning to subscribe to a one year plan after i get my site in order… You can forget it now because i’m going to go look elsewhere.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Desktop and for starter how about removing that preview page box that pops up after i click preview?
People dont need to see a tiny box of their page post, what they need is to be in the actual page after they click post. Who even comes up with the new ideas over at the development team? -
Can you share a screenshot of the preview? I just want to be sure that I am understanding exactly what the problem is. Does your preview box not reflect the changes you’ve made in the editor?
