Stop charging me

    I canceled my account a long time ago. You charged me about a year ago, and I told you not to charge me, that I didn’t want a wordpress account. Now, you’ve charged me again. I do not want this service, have not wanted this service, and did not authorize this charge. Please reverse that charge. Also, the “no email” ploy is a thinly veiled attempt to make cancellations more difficult. I do not appreciate that.

    I’m sorry but I don’t have a clue what you are referring to. If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress>COM blog upgrade purchase then I may be able to assist you.     Also note that you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

    That’s the thing, I don’t either. I have no active accounts with your service. I don’t appreciate having to waste my time jumping through hoops because WordPress, to give the benefit of the doubt, makes errors. Your links to “cancel account” and “request refund” should be active, not circular links that lead nowhere.
