Stop charging me!

    I want an immediate refund. I have cancelled this numerous times. You are attempting to use an obsolete credit card. Desist.

    Hi Mary,

    It looks like you were charged for the renewal but already canceled that, and a full refund was processed.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
