STOP Charging me!

I couldn’t find any billing history, but wordpress did charge me USD 510 every year since 2021.
can you please help to end of account and stop charging me.

Why was I charged?
If the charges are indeed associated with our service, you probably have another account with us. To access that other account and cancel any upgrades, you can provide us with a transaction ID as proof of ownership. To retrieve that, please follow the instructions in the guide below.

I used the “Why was I charged?”, it says the associated domain is “the-moew-shop.com”.
But when I go to the Billing History as instructed, nothing is found. There is no purchase at all. And so I cannot retrieve the transaction ID, nor do the recovery things.Please help. Thanks.

It’s obvious that domain is connected to another account of yours. You find the Transaction ID on your bank statement – https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id

But I am 100% sure that this is the only account I registered in wordpress.com. If, I mean IF, the payment is associated with another account, that would be a fraudulent use of my credit card by another person. -
Hi @themeowshop2020b821efece1, the purchase was made with another username, for the-meow-shop.com .
I used the “Why was I charged?”, it says the associated domain is “the-moew-shop.com”.
But when I go to the Billing History as instructedInstead of going to Billing History (which won’t work because you are logged into another account), please use the Contact Support option from that form. That will put you in touch with support with all of the relevant details intact.
OR, if you’d like to locate the transaction ID, we can email you to get that and help you recover access that way. Do not share it here in the forums, just update us to let us know you’ve got it. It’s a combination of letters and numbers.
