Please read again my problem
1- I created an account
2- it shows “purchased are currently disable”
3- it’s disable since more than a week i need to create a website for a client buy a domain and business plan
4- I ALREADY reach the forum (my ticket keep getting close without an answer)
5- I already got an answer via email and it seems that it not solved at allPlease read properly and STOP CLOSING my ticket until i SAY it’s solved !

Hi there,
the reason your tickets are being closed is that this is still a public forum and it sounds like your issue might require for you to provide personal information like credit card info and email addresses, etc and those cannot be discussed on a public forum for your security, Hence I’m sure they will keep closing the tickets here and assist you via the email channels they are mentioning. rather follow up on the emails they are sending you.

As already said by Staff your ticket will be handled by Staff. So stop creating duplicate threads and wait for a response from the Billing Team.
You already have an open ticket which has nothing to do with the threads you create in this public forum. -
Since you’re already in contact with the Billing team, you should continue your correspondence with them as inquiries of this nature are not handled on the support forums. Thanks.
