  I want to cancel my subscriptions and close my account. I do not want to be billed any longer for services that I am not using.

  Hi there, you should be able to cancel your purchase in your Manage Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ then click on the arrow on the right side of the site’s plan and at the bottom of the next page you’ll see “Remove WordPress.com X plan.”

  Once you’ve removed the plan, you’ll be able to delete your site and account

  Hi @imperialmovingandlogistics,

  it seems that the Business plan was already removed from your site, you should be able to close the account by following the instructions that @justjennifer mentioned above. Let me know if you’re having problems with that.
