  Hi there! Can you provide more information regarding your issue?

  What is the domain name that you want to disconnect? Do you have your domain name mapped to the account that owns ezyhealth.wordpress.com?

  Once I know a little more, I will be able to better assist you.

  Hi thanks. No this is nothing to do with ezyhealth.wordpress.com that is an old idea I had and can be shut down. I don’t use it anymore.

  I don’t think I need this as the above WordPress site is hosted at SiteGround. I just want to make sure I don’t need it then I will update my renewal settings if I can work out how.

  Thanks for the clarification!

  If I understand correctly, you are hosted at SiteGround and using WordPress.org software. Also it looks like your domain name was registered through crazydomains.

  If all of that is correct and you are not using the domain mapping to link your custom domain to a WordPress.com website, then you would not need to renew this mapping.

  I also tagged this thread for staff to remove the sensitive information as this information could be used to gain access to your account.

  If you go to https://wordpress.com/me you can choose the Manage Purchases option. As long as you are logged into the WordPress.com account that made the purchase you should see it there and will be able to cancel.
