Stop domain name renewing

  My domain name is not listed in my purchases. How do I stop it renewing?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Thanks for your reply. That doesn’t work and didn’t last year because there is nothing listed in my purchases. Nevertheless I have received another email from WordPress saying my domain name will automatically renew unless I cancel it. I couldn’t do it last year and so I was charged for it and I don’t want to be charged again.

  Hi there,

  Is this for faithhopeloveart.com, which you mentioned in the previous thread?

  Only the account that owns a domain can cancel it, and faithhopeloveart.com doesn’t belong to the bmfarrellart account you used to post here. You need to log out of this account, and log into the account you used to register that domain, then you’ll be able to cancel it.
