Stop following blog

  My GMail account is restricting what I see…I have to go into All Mail to receive from even those who are VIP’d Contacts…I have stopped receiving from a Blog I like, that I am a Follower of, and I want to discover the email so I can add it to my Contacts to see if that means I do get the messages from this Blog…to do that, I need to unsubscribe or stop following it, so I can resubscribe – I can’t see how to do that on my iPad on the Manage Blogs page…Thank you and Regards, Takeli
