Stop getting email comments from blog i just unfollowed

  I unfollowed a blog and it no longer appears in my reader. But I’m still getting email comments on every post made at that blog. It’s cluttering up my mailbox. And the information is not very useful. The blogger is a hobbyist, an amateur seamstress and does not have the content or followers with info I need. Please help me stop getting comments.
