Stop Google From Indexing Specific Pages

Is there any way to stop Google from indexing individual WP.com pages or posts of a blog? Either on WP side or in Webmaster Tools?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can make the Pages private or Password protected.
    See Page visibility > https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/

Yes the pages would not be indexed by Google if they are set password protected or private. But the pages would not be seen by my readers either. Which I wouldn’t want.

The reason why I (and many other bloggers I assume) would want to noindex and nofollow pages is to improve search engine visibility.

By the end of the year my health related blog will have 10 blog posts about health and 10 pages that have absolutely nothing to do with health. Such as newsletter ordering pages, thank you pages, contact form pages, return pages etc. So in Googles eyes my blog may be about health, but maybe not, since half of the content it sees is completely useless and not related to the blogs theme.

I find it strange that WPcom does not implement noindex and nofollow options to posts and pages. I would easily pay money for this feature.
