Stop import (bug?)

    Hello! I started Import last week and it is still trying to import, running and running and nothing happens, and I find no way how to stop it and try again. I tried to import my old wordpress site bjorktorpstradgard.wordpress.com to my new tradgardsmakaren.wordpress.com.
    Please help me! Im a beginner.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    Did you follow the steps?

    My Sites > Wp Admin > Tools > Import > Wordrpess Importer > Upload the XML File

    Import a Website

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the importer on your site, so you can try again.

    It looks like you tried to import the .zip folder from your previous site. That will not work. Please unzip the folder and import the individual .xml files inside it instead.


    @neelgajjar    , stuck importers can only be reset by staff, so please tag these threads for us instead of just directing people to WP-Admin, which will not work either.
