Stop Jetpack email notifications for a discontinued website

  Hi. I’m trying to stop Jetpack emails I’m getting what seems like every 10 mins telling my site is not responding. I’ve followed the WordPress.com instructions but the site is not appearing under ‘MySites’ as I let the hosting expire (I assume) and there does not appear to be any other way of disabling Jetpack not the site has expired. Please help.

  Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that used to connect the site with Jetpack?

  Hi @molmony, I was able to find the site on this account and disconnect it for you. Thanks for getting in touch.

  And thanks staff-zara — typically users can disconnect on their own, but if not just modlook and we’ll get them patched up.

  Hi @supernovia, the OP mentioned that the self-hosted site isn’t appearing on the My Sites list as it’s expired. So is that true that a self-hosted site that is no longer active will be removed from the My Sites list automatically?

  This is for own learning purpose by the way. ;)
