stop jetpack monitor emails
-
I have two sites That had jetpack installed on them that I no longer manage that keep sending me emails letting me know the site is down. Because I do not have them in my WordPress control panel I can not go in and turn the email notices off. Is there somewhere else I can go to makes these email notices stop?

Hi,
The self-hosted websites with Jetpack installation are connected to some WordPress.com account.
You can disconnect the Jetpack sited from WP.com account by following steps in this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/#remove-active-site
Then you will not get any updates from those sites.

Maybe I didn’t explain it properly. These sites do not show up in my account so I can not go to settings and disconnect them. Since they do not show up in my WordPress account I would assume the emails would just stop since they are no longer associated with my WordPress account… but they just keep coming.
I need to know what I need to do to turn off the messages from sites I am no longer associated with or control. One of these sites has been deleted the other is on a different platform now but somehow jetpack keeps monitoring them.

Hi there,
I have successfully disconnected both sites from your WordPress.com account.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you. I’m happy to help.
