If you click on your profile, and then ‘Manage Purchases,’ you should then be able to edit the payment method of any upgrades.

I went to click on it but there’s nothing there. Does that mean I don’t have anything anymore? Because I signed up to £84 annual but i never used it and so I’m trying to stop it now… -
Yeah if there’s nothing there you should be fine 🙂 Maybe check your billing history as well to get a good look at purchases you’ve made and when they went through.

There aren’t any upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. It’s possible that you have something set up on another account though, and we should take a look at that.
Do you know the site attached to the renewal in question?
