  On my blog, when I want to read it, there is a banner, which was not until today : STOP NSA SURVEILLANCE!
  This is a virus, or it is real and put by WordPress here?
  After it appeared, I work with difficulty on meu blog. Loadings are difficult, in long time. Can you help me?

  Not a virus – you managed to enable the banner

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Protest NSA Surveillance – disable it and save changes
