Stop paying for Domain mapping

  I want to stop paying domain mapping and I can’t find Domain Administration area. My domain is carrozzeriastilauto.net I bought it through netsons and not via wordpress.com and it is now on wordpress.org, so I don’t want to pay 13$ anymore!

  Hi,

  Your domain name would probably be administered through Netsons.

  Also, if you have a self-hosted website, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead of here. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

  Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.

  (The WordPress.com forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com)

  Since your name servers no longer seem to point to WordPress.COM don’t pay much attention to the advice above for the domain mapping

  Go to Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> and disable the Auto-Renew for domain mapping – if the domain mapping recently renewed you have 30 days to cancel & get a refund

  Please note that you need to be logged in as the Account that owns an upgrade to disable Auto-Renew

  Thanks @auxclass this was helpful but I can’t find any where “my upgrades” section under store. Maybe I’m logged in with the wrong account. I’ll try with a different one. Thank you again.

  You need to be logged in to an account on WordPress.COM – the old “I forgot I had a second account” is the number one reason people get tripped up on renewing and managing upgrades

  I found the right account, logged in and found the billing history in settings. But can’t seem to find any dashboard section, nor anything in store that can help. :(
