    my site crashed and has been disabled for some time, please stop charging. I would like a refund for the most recent subscription & the charge in the last week.

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any WordPress.com sites on this account. Can you share the direct link to the site that you’re referring to? The domain you shared is invalid, so we couldn’t check where it is actually hosted and who you need to contact to get help.

    Hi, this is all i have avail

    available to me, my i.t. guy was not very helpful, he may not have had the knowledge and the site ended up with viruses, then crashed. It has not been active since around Aug 22 as I had another company working on a new site in the mean time. Im not sure how to get a refund and stop future charges without cancelling my credit card. I thought and organisation this large would be simple to cancel subscription. thankyou Kim
