  Hello, I didn’t realise that for the past 4 years I have been paying for this site. I would like this to stop – how do I do this cause wordpress is too complicated.

  If you know the site that you want to get help with, please take the steps below.

  First, please check your billing history in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing so as that you can make sure if you really have been paying for it or not. Next, you can remove the subscription you have been paying for in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.

  I have been paying for it, and I’ve just managed to delete it.

  I have been unaware that I have been paying for it.

  I took some blog advice and changed my username to ck0129

  Please can you delete my account, email address and data?

  How can I prevent any future payments and get a refund for this years payment?

  I’m sorry that I can’t investigate your status of the subscription because I’m not a staff.

  This thread has been already tagged for assistances from WordPress.com staffs. Please wait patiently. While waiting for their help, I recommend you to try the steps I explained. It helps you to make sure if you know the account that you have your current subscription. It will be difficult for staffs to help you unless you can sign-in to the account that you have your subscription.

  @ck0129 we can’t refund this year’s payment because you disputed it and your bank thinks it was fraudulent. When that happens, everyone gets fined and we aren’t able to refund, either.

  If you’ll undo that dispute with your bank, we can refund the charge as well as the chargeback fee.

  Also, I noted you’ve cancelled your domain in this process. If you intend to use that domain anywhere else, please let us know right away: it will need to be un-cancelled so you don’t lose access to it. You will not be able to simply buy the domain again elsewhere, not anytime soon at least

  After that, you can remove any other data from your account, including your email address, but we’ll want to sort through any other issues first.
