  I want to stop receiving ‘new post’ updates in email

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, you can manage blog subscriptions here: https://wordpress.com/following/manage

  To stop receiving emails, click Settings next to the specific blog and turn off “Notify me off new posts”.

  Or if you are connected to your WordPress account and click on this link, you will be able to change if you want or not to be notified about any update :
