Stop receiving notifications of new posts from other people's blogs

  Hi
  I am a new WordPress user. I made comments on two people’s blogs last night for the first time and checked the option ‘receive follow up comments by email’. This option was not what I thought it was and I now have an inbox full of emails. Is there a way to turn off the notifications or edit my comment to change the option?

  Click the unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email you receive.
  Or go to the posts that you subscribed to and click to unsubscribe there.
